There are 56 wheels at the skate park. how many scooter and skateboard could there be?.

If they were all skateboards there would be 14

4 wheels               4 wheels             4 wheels
4 wheels                4 wheels             4 wheels
4 wheels               4 wheels             4 wheels
4 wheels               4 wheels             4 wheels
4 wheels               4 wheels

 20 wheels        20 wheels        16 wheels

20+20+16=56     so 56 divided by 4 wheels per skateboard=14

If there was only scooters there would be double the amount because scooters only have 2 wheels and skateboards have 4

14x2=28

So there would be 28 scooters if there where only scooters
